Text Procedure Text How to make 'Cassava Lemet'

ingredient
 1. 3kg cassava
 2.  2. Coconut 1 piece
 3.  3 1/2 ounces of brown sugar
 4. agar powder 2 packs
 5. 2 tablespoons salt
 6. 1/2 kg sugar
 7. banana leaves to taste

 ways of making :

1. prepare cassava that has been washed clean, after that grated cassava that has been washed. try to make the grater not too soft and not too rough.

2. after grating cassava, then grated coconut which has been washed and peeled. grated and not to be too smooth or rough.

3.  after grating the two ingredients before, mix cassava, coconut, brown sugar, salt, sugar and agar powder.

        

4.  after mixing then wrap using banana leaves. elongated wrap like rice cake.

5. after being wrapped put it in the pan, then steam for approximately 60 minutes or 1 hour.

                                                                   "Cassava Lemet"

General statement

    Cassava is a popular food ingredient in the country. Historically, cassava was planted commercially in the territory of Indonesia around 1810 Cassette lemet is a traditional cake that uses processed cassava as the main ingredient in which added brown sugar.

 Sequenced of explanation    

     Prepare the required ingredients such as cassava, coconut, brown sugar, agar powder, sugar, salt and banana leaves to taste. first clean the cassava first after that grated cassava, cassava should not be too smooth or too rough. after that grated coconut, distinguish the place between cassava and coconut. then, mix all ingredients except banana leaves. after mixing evenly place the mixture into a banana leaf. elongated wrap like rice cake. after the pack, put it in the pan and steam for 1 hour or 60 minutes. after cooked the lemet is ready to be served.

An example of this text is the text about the process of the occurrence of the rainbow, how the eye works and so on.
